RADIANCE RETREAT BALI
1st - 8th of February 2027 Dragonfly Eco Village, Ubud, Bali
RADIANCE RETREAT BALI
Align with Your Rhythm. Awaken Your Light.
You are warmly invited to join Steph and Emma to step into the lush, spiritual heart of Bali for a week of deep nourishment, soulful connection, and empowered movement. This retreat is a homecoming. A sacred pause, created just for you. It’s a chance to unfurl, to soften, and to remember the vibrant, radiant woman you are beneath all the layers of daily life. Through embodied practices, meaningful rituals, and moments of stillness, you’ll rediscover your inner light and leave feeling grounded, inspired, and deeply aligned with your heart.
HELLO SOUL, HELLO SELFCARE
In this sanctuary far from the noise and demands of day-to-day life, you’re invited to set down what you’ve been carrying and be held by nature’s soothing rhythms and a supportive community of women. This isn’t about striving or fixing; it’s about coming home to yourself. We will invite you to listen deeply—to your heart and your body. Together, we’ll explore what you need to feel whole again.
What If You Could…
- Wake up feeling rested and listen to what your body truly needs?
- Move with a sense of strength and grace, free from pressure or perfection?
- Feel held and supported by a circle of like-minded women?
- Learn to align your life with your own natural rhythms, unlocking a more sustainable energy?
This is what awaits you. We will gather at the magical Dragonfly Eco Village in the heart of Bali, a haven amongst the rice terraces, where the sounds of nature will be our soundtrack.
Here, you will have the space to breathe, to rest, and to simply be.

This is for you if your heart is whispering...
I just need a break—a real one, where I can finally breathe.
I want to feel in tune with my body, my energy, and my natural rhythms.
I want to feel joy again, to laugh, to play, to create.
I need to remember who I am beneath all the roles I play.
- I want to be surrounded by women who understand me, who lift me up
The Radiance retreat includes:
Â
- Embodied Movement: We’ll begin our mornings with practices that feel good in your body. Think Empowered Strength & Balance (our take on barre, but softer).
- Intuitive Well Woman Yoga: Flowing movements that honour your energy.
- Cyclical Living Wisdom: You’ll learn the art of living in flow with your own cycle (or the moon’s) so you can plan your life in a way that feels supportive and energising.
- Deep, Soulful Rest: Melt into the stillness of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). It’s the kind of rest that helps your nervous system reset, and your whole being restore.
- Creative & Cultural Nourishment: We’ll connect with the spirit of Bali through a sacred temple purification ceremony and Balinese dance.

Steph and Emma will be available beyond workshop times for extra heartfelt, soul driven conversation to explore possibilities and answer your questions. About Steph
Cyclical Living Coach, Creativity Mentor, Intuition Guide
Steph is a guide for those seeking deeper conversation—with themselves, with the earth, and with each other. Drawing on cycles of nature and her own intuitive wisdom, Steph’s coaching is rooted in feminine-forward, earth-based leadership. She inspires women to discover balance, freedom, and creative self-expression by tuning into their cyclical rhythms and honouring their unique path.
A self-described gardener of growth and transformation, Steph’s spaces are gentle, nurturing, and alive with possibility. Her philosophy is all about coming home to yourself and living with compassion, creativity, and spiritual connection. She listens deeply and supports you in reconnecting with your intuition and values, so that you can create a life rich in meaning and joy.
With deep roots in Bali and a genuine understanding of its culture and rhythms, Steph creates a sense of safety and belonging for everyone she welcomes. Speaking the local language and attuned to the heart of the island, she is delighted to guide you with insider knowledge and gentle care—sharing the hidden gems, soulful experiences, and magical spirit that made Bali her home. You’ll be in trusting hands as she weaves these insights into your retreat journey, inviting you to discover the Bali she knows and loves.
About Emma
Movement Coach, Strength Builder, Confidence Guide
Emma is devoted to nurturing women through movement that is both strong and soft, inviting you to reconnect with your body’s wisdom at a gentle pace. Drawing on her background as a professional dancer, Emma’s classes are a sanctuary for the nervous system—a space to ground and restore. Her teaching is a dance between inner strength and tenderness, using slow, deliberate movements that spark confidence from within and help you feel truly at home in your body.
Emma weaves coaching and reflection into each session, welcoming you to explore the idea of strength as a form of self-support and balance as something soft and sustainable, not something you achieve through striving. After graduating from the Northern School of Contemporary Dance, Emma’s path shifted as she became a mother; in seeking mindful movement for herself, she discovered Barre—a practice that blends her love of dance with mental and physical resilience. Barre has become the glue that keeps her strong, centred, and inspired.
Emma’s passion is guiding women to rebuild from the inside out, to move with joy, and to carry their newfound strength far beyond the mat.

Steph is an incredible teacher and visionary
Steph creates nurturing spaces to allow women to recharge and rebalance in safety and within the wonderful backdrop of our retreat. I come home so rested and a better person, having sung, danced, chanted, shared parts of my story, learned parts of others’ stories, and felt so supported and cared for. I went on my own the first year, feeling very apprehensive but wanting to try something that was completely new for me. One of the best decisions I have made!

Incredibly nourishing and replenishing
As a mum of 3 young children, I initially had reservations about booking time away from my family, but now having experienced the blissful retreat two years running, I have found the space, solace, stillness and silence incredibly healing & replenishing….beneficial not only for me but also for my family on my return as the impact of this experience ripples outwards. The restful Nidras, chanting, silent meditation walks, community, creativity, therapies, alongside the space to simply be has been absolute food for the soul.

Steph is open, authentic and such an inspiration and influence for change.
Steph’s soft gentle guidance and support enabled me to understand how to work with the natural cycles. It was with this learnt compassion that I stopped giving myself such a hard time. I feel, just as the cycles, an emergence and my recent retreat with other wonderful souls cemented my resolve, pushed me that step forward that I needed to take without it feeling too scary at all. There is nothing I could not say to Steph, she is open, authentic and such an inspiration and influence for change.

I learnt to be kind, and forgiving with myself
One of the great things Emma does is look at your daily life holistically – there is no point in us women trying to do what works for a 20 year old male! I am a busy mum of two, with a demanding career, and a lot of other things to juggle (not to mention hormones and all that!), and Emma takes all of this into account, and helps you build fundamentals around who you are and your life (and not some ‘one size fits all’ unrealistic idea that is pushed by some…) And I learnt to be kind, and forgiving with myself

i've noticed how much stronger my core feels
Recently, I discovered that reaching the menopause, I need extra help with strengthening my core muscles. Discussing this with Emma, she was helpful and understanding. She took time to discuss my targets, being mindful not to overload me and find a routine that would fit in with my busy life. After just a few weeks, I’ve noticed how much stronger my core feels and I’m more aware of using my core and pelvic floor during exercise and everyday life. I would highly recommend Emma’s classes and personal training for anyone going through a similar experience.
Amy
Emma delivers amazing classes
They are fun, inspiring and thoughtful. Cleverly, her classes are suitable for all fitness levels – you will be pushed and can work as hard as you want, and all the time she guides and educates so injury or learning incorrectly will never happen. Emma’s enthusiasm and love for what she does is so apparent – it’s infectious.
