STARLIT YOGA NIDRA GLAMPING RETREAT 2024
Starlit Yoga Nidra Glamping Retreat
26th - 29th July 2024
Lings Meadow, Hepworth, Suffolk
Harness the magic of your dreams and consciousness
through the power of yoga nidra and dream journaling under Suffolk skies
Join me and my fellow Yogis to experience yoga nidra under the stars where I invite you to learn to embrace the night so you can welcome the mystery of your dream’s wisdom.
Now in its 7th year, this popular weekend retreat offers you the opportunity to relax, switch off and reconnect to yourself in an environment that is healing and nourishing. Over the course of the weekend we shall be exploring dream yoga and how to tap into your dreams and intuition so you can use them as your GPS.
Hello Soul, Hello Selfcare, Hello Intuition
In the space of a retreat, we are able to build a foundation of connection and deep listening. Our days will be a nurturing blend of yoga nidra, dream journaling, inspiring workshops, and meaningful conversations. We will listen to our heads, our hearts, our bodies, and our dreams to distil what is essential to our well-being and how we want to show up in the world.
Relax and trust your intuition. Look at life through a new lens and reconnect to the limitless reservoir of well-being inside you. Learn how to enter, design and change your dreams through the Tibetan practice of dream yoga. This weekend will change the way you think and feel about yourself and will help you unfold, release and move forwards in your life with ease and lightness, discovering your innate most-peaceful self.
Campfire Yoga Nidra
Each evening we gather around the campfire for dream journaling and experience the powerful practice of yoga nidra. When in this state you can clear out unconscious programming and amplify your potential to create positive and life-affirming neuro-pathways in your brain which translate seamlessly into your everyday living experience.
This is for you if
You are feeling stuck, burnt out, or uninspired by your life. You are seeking more peace and a community of like-minded women that nurture your soul.
You want reconnection back to who you are and how you show up in the world.
You want to restore self confidence and self trust when it comes to deciding which direction you want to take in life.
You are interested in finding new and sustaining ways to heal your relationship with sleep and want to explore sleep as a spiritual practice.
Praise
Stephanie is an incredible teacher and visionary.
She creates nurturing spaces to allow women to recharge and rebalance in safety and within the wonderful backdrop of Lings Meadow. This was my second camp with her and it’s now part of my annual calendar and gift to myself!
I come home so rested and a better person, having sung, danced, chanted, cried, shared parts of my story, learned parts of other’s stories, and felt so supported and cared for.
I went on my own the first year, feeling very apprehensive but wanting to try something that was completely new for me. One of the best decision I have made!

Incredibly healing & replenishing
As a mum of 3 young children, I initially had reservations about booking time away from my family for 3 nights, but now having experienced the blissful retreat two years running, I have found the space, solace, stillness and silence incredibly healing & replenishing….beneficial not only for me but also for my family on my return as the impact of this experience ripples outwards.
The restful Nidras, chanting, silent meditation walks, community, creativity, therapies, alongside the space to simply be has been absolute food for the soul.
Stephanie has created such a beautiful, welcoming space on this retreat and I cannot wait to join again next year for my peaceful slice of a beautiful Suffolk meadow

You're in for a treat .. and food wise just wow
The retreats offered by Featherlight Living take you away from the craziness of life and completely envelop you in peace, tranquility and self-care.
If you haven’t experienced Yoga Nidra before, don’t worry as you don’t need any previous experience. You’re in for a treat as the practice is incredibly peaceful and relaxing, often taking place under the stars.
The community feel that Steph and her team encourage during the retreat is an integral part of camp, however, there are also lots of opportunities for down/alone time and you can dip in and out as much or as little as you wish.
Food wise.. just wow! Everything is plant-based and as a non-vegan I was blown away with the menus.

Beautiful Eco Campsite
Our gathering will take place at Lings Meadow an eco camping and glamping site set in a 4 acre meadow on a family farm on the Suffolk Norfolk border. We have the entire site to ourselves which features glamping accommodation compromising a beautiful geodesic stardome, shepherds hut, living van, bell tents and camping pitches.
This beautiful expansive space is a perfect backdrop for dreaming and transformation.
Ling’s Meadow is eco-friendly with facilities that are sustainable and leave as little impact as possible. You are very welcome to say hello to the farm animals. They keep Shetland sheep, alpacas, chickens and runner ducks. They are also home to a hive of Hepworth Bee Co-operative honey bees.
I will be available outside of our class and workshop times for extra soul driven conversation – you can pick my brains about anything you like – dream yoga, meditation, life, purposeful living, staying true to your heart or whatever you want to explore.

Steph Satriawan
My work is about reconnecting women to their vulnerability and strengths, truth and power, past and present, desire and integrity, nature and body.
I show women how to live in harmony with their natural rhythms, supporting women to find their voice, and connect them to their intuition and creativity. I see myself as a lighthouse, shining a light so women can navigate their way back home to themselves.
